Our beautiful, brand new POOL AND HOT TUB IS NOW OPEN. Make sure to bring your swimsuit and enjoy this during your vacation!

Also, I just upgraded the home theater system in the den. Now you can bring your Blue-Ray & DVD disks and have a lovely home theater experience. The device is also Bluetooth capable, so you can pair your Bluetooth device and play your favorite music through the Sony speakers!

The TWO RIVERS TREEHOUSE is a beautiful third floor condo with a stunning view of beautiful New Braunfels. The Comal River is known as “the shortest river in Texas”. This two mile river is crystal clear and a constant 68 degrees year round.

The TREEHOUSE has an ideal location on the river. It is close to the headwaters and allows for one of the longest floats on the Comal River. The river area next to the condo also offers one of the best areas for swimming and splashing in the clean refreshing waters.

Inside the TREEHOUSE you will be treated to the ultimate in modern relaxation condo living. Our objective is to provide a light and airy environment with natural “green” products while affording you to the comforts of modern sophistication.

At the entry you will be greeted by lovely maple floors and lively natural colors that come from the warm glow of the sun, the calming blues of the sky and the lively greens of the spring budding leaves. The bedrooms are simple but elegant. Each bedroom has a king bed. The master also has a daybed/trundle so you can us it as a couch, or use it as a bed - what a novel idea! Each bedroom is equipped with a wall mounted LCD flat screen with built in DVD player and over 100 cable channels. We also have a Sony Home Theater system in the living room that will play Blue-Ray disks. The bathrooms will surprise you with their combination of earthy slate and modern lavatories. The kitchen will invite the entire family to gather around with its tasteful combination of stainless, granite and wood beautifully highlighted with modern lighting. The kitchen is open with the living area which is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, a matching leather recliner, a big screen TV and a state-of-the art surround sound system. Oh and did we mention the view from the balcony? What a perfect transition it provides from the beauty inside to the beauty outside.

We sleep 6 comfortably, but have beds for 8 if you want to squeeze together!

Our condo complex has recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation of the exterior. All the outside walkways and balconies are brand new and waiting for you to enjoy them. We certainly hope that you will choose our little TREEHOUSE in paradise when you plan your vacation to New Braunfels. We have done what we can to make it a wonderful experience for you.

The TREEHOUSE is also located near the Schlitterbahn Water Park, a 65-acre mega complex, voted America's #1 Water Park for the past six years!

It is within walking distance of downtown New Braunfels--and only five blocks from the 100-year-old Naeglin's Bakery!

Restful New Braunfels is a popular vacation destination. Besides the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers, it is known for its Wurstfest, antique shopping, Landa Park, Landa Park Golf Course, delicious German Cuisine, great Texas BBQ, and many fantastic restaurants. One of my favorites is Huisache Grill which is only six blocks from the TREEHOUSE!

Inside, this attractively decorated two-bedroom two-bath condominium comfortably sleeps six adults. Master bedroom (king-size). Front bedroom (king-size). Sleeper couch (full-size).

Outside, we have our beautiful new swimming pool and hot tub area in the center of our beautiful grounds and right next to the clear waters of the amazing COMAL River. Walk down to the concrete river landing, enjoy the towering trees, and cool water. Enjoy the Comal River’s best location!

During the summer you are limited to parking two cars on the grounds. If you have additional cars, you can park outside the gate.

BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR. We do want the Comal River to be a family friendly place. If you are a group of young people, please have some consideration for the families with young children. Someday, you may have children too. Behave as you would want the people around your future children to behave. If you are a family with children and have never tubed the Comal River – I have some words of advice for you. First come during the week. The crowds are not as bad and the river is wonderful and pretty! Second, if you do have to come during the weekend – go tubing early! If you get in the water before 10 am, the river will not be so crowded and the wait for a shuttle at the end of your float will not be long.
